Lean Problem Solving to Align People, Process and Pharmacy Profits
Published by International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists and Missouri Pharmacy Association

Most people expend resources to marketing before addressing their “4Walls”. Without a strong foundation to support sales, pharmacies waste much time and effort on marketing and, in many cases, create much chaos. If you don’t solve problems before growing, you will likely also grow your problems. Looking inside one’s pharmacy and learning how to effectively problem solve such that these problems don’t recur, will enhance sustained growth and create a more fulfilling business for your entire team. This will include the value of upgrading accounting systems, internal controls and costing solutions while delivering real-time reporting.
